Rainbow wants accountability so here it is....we'll see how long this lasts.
Today I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party , and 10 minutes (standing portion) of Ab Jam for a total of 55 minutes formal exercise.
My Wii Fit age today was 20. Weight stayed the same as yesterday.
